On 7 October 2026 Justin Drake told the industry to enter bunker mode: move value onto addresses whose public keys never leave the hash, and treat elliptic curves as perishable. The only durable response is an asset with Proof of Equation. Bunker Equation is that primitive — synthesized by a swarm of prover bots, inert to quantum machines and GPU clusters alike.
He did not ask for a new wallet. He asked for a change in posture. Hide the pubkey. Sign once. Rotate. Assume only a hash.
- The warning ECDSA may break before q-day — worst case months, not years. Private-key recovery in about a week on hardware that already exists.
- The shelter Fresh addresses. Keys that have never signed. Remaining funds move the moment a signature is spent.
- The lock Exiting bunker mode requires post-AI cryptography. All-in on hashes. No curves, lattices, or isogenies.
The Bunker Equation
An object is Bunker Equation if and only if it carries a hash-bound witness and never exposes a reconstructible public key. There is no third state.

The break needs a key.
The equation never publishes one.
That is the whole product. Not a lattice with a whitepaper. A closed identity whose only legal assumption is a battle-tested hash.
How Proof of Equation works
Other tokens ask you to trust a curve, a committee, or a story about q-day. Bunker Equation asks whether the equation holds.

Hidden identity
The pubkey stays behind the hash. Until it is spent, there is no surface for recovery — not for Shor, and not for a classical cousin of Shor.

Single-use speech
If the equation must speak, remaining value rotates. Revelation is not a lifestyle. Drake said the same thing in plainer words: sign, then move.

Structureless hardness
One hash family. No pairings, no modules, no isogenies. Curves are beautiful, which is the problem. Hashes were designed to have almost no rooms at all.

Machine-checked witness
Humans can read this note. Machines check the witness. If a proof does not close, the asset does not exist.
Why “unbreakable” is allowed here
A quantum computer looking for period-finding has no period. A GPU cluster looking for a discrete log has no group. A superintelligence looking for a trick finds a sponge and a door that does not open.
How the bots built it
After Drake's note we did not form a committee. We pointed a closed swarm of prover bots at a single job: compress bunker mode into an asset that can be held, transferred, and verified without ever reintroducing a structured assumption.
The bots were not allowed curves. They were not allowed lattices. They were allowed SHA and BLAKE, rotation, and the refusal to reuse a revealed identity. What came back is Bunker Equation — a Proof of Equation that either verifies or does not.
Formal verification is not a roadmap item we intend to visit later. It is how the equation was allowed to leave the lab.

What this is not
Drake said a stampede would do more harm than the threat. We agree. Read the original. Then hold the equation.
